Background

Mike Nakamura currently resides in Hawaii, running his small farm of orchards and herbs. A 5th generation descendant of the famous herbalist Koun Nakamura of Takaya-cho, Okayama, Japan.

It was around the time of a visit to the family cemetery in 2023 along with other serendipitous events that Mamaki Memory ™ was born.​
